From 29th July, 2024, the fees for the real estate registration procedures are changing (increasing), including the cost of the title deeds and the map copies.
The procedural fee for the real estate registration increases from HUF 6,600 / real estate to HUF 10,600 / real estate. The fee for the electronic title deed is HUF 4,800 / real estate, the fee for a paper-based certified copy of the title deed is HUF 10,000 / real estate, and the fee for an electronic map copy is HUF 5,000 / real estate from 29th July, 2024.
